myfeedr generates advertising banners as image files (PNG and JPG) in the formats listed on the website, based on publicly available design attributes of a website specified by the user. Analysing an address is free; unlocking a set with editing and download is subject to payment.

Static graphics are delivered. HTML5 banners, animations or setup in advertising systems are not part of the service.

After unlocking, the files are provided without undue delay. Generation runs automatically and is usually complete within a few minutes; large sets or heavy load can take longer. The user is notified as soon as the download is ready. The download remains available in the account for as long as the project exists.

The contract is concluded on completion of the payment via Stripe or on redemption of a valid voucher code. The price shown at the time of ordering applies. The price is charged once per project and package; no subscription is created.

If a further package is bought for a project that has already been paid for, the amount already paid is credited provided the new package contains every format of the paid one. If it does not, the purchase is a separate additional package at full price. The amount payable is shown before payment.

The provider is a small business under § 19 UStG (German VAT Act). VAT is neither charged nor shown; all prices are final prices.

Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for contracts on digital content. Under § 356 (5) BGB this right expires once the provider has started performance after the consumer expressly agreed to performance starting before the withdrawal period ends and confirmed their knowledge that they lose their right of withdrawal by doing so. This consent is requested during checkout before payment. Performance starts when the set is unlocked.

The user warrants that they are entitled to use the logos, images, copy and trademarks present on the analysed website as well as uploaded files for advertising. They indemnify the provider against third-party claims arising from a breach of this warranty.

Upon full payment the user receives an unlimited, transferable right of use to the generated banner graphics for their own and third-party advertising. Software, templates and copy of the website remain with the provider.

Generated banners are shown publicly as a reference only where the user has expressly consented to this in their project. The consent covers displaying the banners including the logos, trademarks, product images and prices they contain, along with the domain of the analysed website, on myfeedr.com — for instance on the home page, the examples page and topic pages.

Consent is voluntary, has no bearing on the contract and can be revoked in the project at any time without giving reasons. After revocation the banners are removed from the public pages; copies already delivered to caches or search engines may persist for a transitional period.

Whether a website can be read automatically depends on its technical design. If a firewall blocks access or content exists only in JavaScript, myfeedr provides tools for manual input. There is no claim to a particular analysis result; the result is shown before purchase.

Maintenance windows are announced in advance where possible.

Voucher codes can only be redeemed during checkout, cannot be combined with other promotions and are not paid out in cash. A code is valid only for the stated number of redemptions.

The provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and according to statutory provisions for injury to life, body or health. For slightly negligent breaches of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical of the contract, at most three times the order value. Any further liability is excluded.

The user is responsible for the legal admissibility of advertising with the generated graphics (e.g. competition, trademark and price indication law).

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For businesses, the place of jurisdiction is Hamburg. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
